January 2025 marked ten years since I lost my dad to cancer. This is my 14th year growing a moustache in his honour and raising money through Movember – and thanks to your incredible support, I’ve now raised over £11,500 in total.

Last year alone, you helped me raise £1,500, and this year I’m aiming higher: £2,000. If I reach it, I’ve promised to finally get the Movember logo tattooed on my right arm – something I came close to last year. Let’s make it happen.

Movember funds vital work in mental health and suicide prevention, and in research and treatment for prostate and testicular cancers – illnesses that affect men and anyone with a prostate. The fight’s not over, but with your help, we can keep making a real difference.

Whatever you can spare genuinely helps. Let’s smash this – for Dad, for all the people we love, and for a healthier future for everyone.
