Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I first participated in Movember 9 years ago, my Uncle also took part in this whilst fighting cancer himself. Despite going through his own treatment he managed to raise over a thousand pounds. He sadly lost his battle but continues to inspire me every single day. He is my motivation for raising money and awareness for this awful illness.

This year is my third year as a community ambassador for Movember

Yesterday I launched my Movember 2020 campaign: Special Ks.

What that means is I will be running, each day in November. So, 1k on the 1st, 2k on the second going all the way up to 30kilometres!
As well as trying to raise funds I need your help, run, walk, cycle or swim with me (virtually) Ideally I’d like someone to join in on each day, drop me a pm and let me know what you can do?

Movember is a wrap!! For transparency I missed my move target by 17.5k, life kinda took over! November is the main Month but Movember changes the face of mens health all year round.
