My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Supporting others, breaking down barriers, removing the stigma associated with mental health and taking the time to talk to save lives.

This year, I’m kicking the physical challenge of with a nice warm and hilly half marathon at Long Course Weekend before picking the next challenge.

I will be raising awareness about mental health, male suicide prevention and male cancers.
