Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

On 30th November, a team of ten of us will be taking on the marathon challenge — not just for the miles, but for a mission that matters. We’re running together to raise funds and awareness for Movember, standing up for men’s health and mental wellbeing.

This isn’t just about crossing a finish line. It’s about showing up — for ourselves, for each other, and for the men in our lives who might be struggling in silence. We know the day will test us. There’ll be moments when it hurts, when we want to stop. But we’ll get through it the same way we get through life’s tougher miles: together.

We’re running for the dads, brothers, mates, and sons who need to know it’s okay to talk. That they’re not alone. That support is always within reach — whether on the road or in life.

If you can, please donate to our Movember campaign. And if not, just check in with someone today. A simple “How are you, really?” can go further than you think.

Hi George,

Thank you for signing up for Movember 2022, it’s great to have you back on board! Last year you were one of our Platinum Club legends and we can’t thank you enough for your amazing support.

Your fundraising means we were able to invest £5.7M million in Scaling What Works; a grant programme that aims to supercharge mental health initiatives that have shown real promise in improving mental health and wellbeing for young boys and men, across communities.

If there is anything we can do to help make this Movember a success, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I hope you have a great at the pub crawl!

3 days into Movember and my month of Big Gs Big Mo challenges - the initial challenges have been great and not too, well, challenging.

Thanks to all those have already sponsored and challenged me, it really does mean a huge amount.

There are another 27 days to go and I have capacity for another 10 challenges and as many donations as anyone would like to make.

I know I'm inundating your feeds with my requests, but it's an incredible charity supporting fantastic causes and well worth some of your hard earned cash x
