My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. 75% of Suicides are men.

My mental health struggles peaked before we had our first child and I know first hand how difficult it can be becoming a Dad and beyond.

I have been fortunate enough to have been able to talk to others about my issues which has helped me immensely through my tough times but there are many Men out there who struggle to talk.

The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there by encouraging others Men to talk and share their worries.

Help me stop men dying too young.
