My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I Mo because my Grandfather died of prostate cancer.
I Mo because my Dad had prostate cancer.
I Mo because one day I will also have to deal with it.
For years I battled depression, not anymore!

Completed 6 half Ironman's since 2021.
Completed first 100km run at Race to the Stones in 2023.
Completed first full Ironman (3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42km run) in 2023.
Completed 101x half marathons.
Completed 31x marathons.
btw -> I started running in 2017...

I hope that my story inspires others to challenge themselves and attempt something that seems impossible.
