My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m known for having a beard but this month I’m embracing my sword fighting passion by going moustache only. But it’s not just looking like a cool duelling dude that’s my motivation - since I restarted my martial arts journey I’m feeling better physically and mentally. The last two years have been really tough jobwise but now
I’m out the other side and feeling good. It’s thanks to my wife, daughter, family, friends and hobbies that I am. Sadly too many blokes wrongly feel they have nowhere to turn to, no options to change their direction, and no one to listen to them. For those guys out there, I know that there are groups and organisations who can help and I want to help them - by pulling off the heroic hirstute hussar look!
