My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember, I’m doing it in memory of my mate Scott, who we sadly lost to suicide. He was one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever known, and it breaks my heart knowing he’s not here today.

A lot of men are quietly struggling, trying to get through things on their own and feeling like they can’t really talk about it. I feel that way myself a lot and I know how heavy it can get when you keep things bottled up.

I’m growing the mo for Scott, and for every man who’s ever felt alone in their own head. No one should have to fight their battles in silence.

If we’re struggling, let’s get the help we actually need and stop men dying too young.
