My motivation

This Movember I’m doing it for my brother Dean, who we lost to his own struggles just under three years ago. I’m also doing it for my mates who’ve been through the same pain of losing someone close.

Men’s mental health means a lot to me — we’ve got to keep talking, checking in, and supporting one another. Every donation helps raise awareness and could make a real difference.
