My motivation

As people who have experience of depression, Myles and Harry understand the pain it can cause to yourself and others and want to do our bit to raise awareness and support men's mental health. We will be shaving our beard and growing out our moustaches for the month of November to show solidarity and start opening conversations about absolutely anything, because as men we need to talk more (and let's be honest a bit better) and know that you are not alone in anything.

The funds and awareness we raise this Movember are for all the Dads, Brothers, Sons, and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health and if you can't, just talk
