My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m doing movember for mental health and suicide prevention because I know first hand how tough it can get. I’ve been through some dark times myself, times where I felt like I had to keep it all in and just “get on with it.” it’s what we men are taught to do: bottle it up, don’t show weakness, don’t talk. but the truth is, staying silent nearly broke me.
what got me through wasn’t pretending to be strong, it was opening up, step by step, to the people I trusted. I learned that asking for help doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human. it gave me a way out when I thought there wasn’t one.
so this movember, I want to stand up for every man who’s still fighting in silence. I want to raise awareness, break the stigma, and remind people that mental health is just as important as physical health. too many men are dying young because they feel they can’t speak up. I don’t want my son, my friends, or anyone else to grow up in a world where silence costs lives.
if sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it. together we can make a difference, open conversations that matter, and stop men from leaving us too soon.
