My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

60 men are lost to suicide globally, every hour. Myself and Mackenzie are raising funds and awareness this Movember by running a 1 mile relay along Brecon Canal, starting at Theatr Brycheiniog for 24 hours on the 30/11/24 with an aim of covering over 60 miles each for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
