Mental health and suicide prevention

Most of you won't know that I've suffered terribly with my mental health this year. I'm lucky to still be here. I was fortunate to receive the professional help that I needed but many others aren't. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, so this Movember I'm joining them.
