My motivation

This Movember, I’m taking on a challenge close to my heart. I will be walking 60 Miles (96.56km) to honor the 60 men we lose every hour to suicide. This cause is incredibly important to me, and I believe together, we can make a difference.

Why 60 miles?
Every hour, 60 men around the world die by suicide. This statistic is heartbreaking, but we have the power to change it. By supporting my challenge, you are helping to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
