My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for men's health, both physical and mental. I'm sure a lot of people who know me know I've struggled with my mental health so I think this is a great cause for me to get involved with to not only raise money but to also start the conversation a lot of people don't want to have. Me and some amazing colleagues of mine want to raise funds and start that conversation off this Movember! We are starting the conversations, but ball checking should be done by a doctor unless you make an extra big donation
