My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
Also from personal experience I know how dealing with the consequences of a manic episode with bipolar can be. One extra challenge for me is finding an appropriate activity that will not stress me out unduly and end up sending me high.
