My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having lost multiple friends to suicide, I am a big supporter of Movember and everything they do for Men's mental health and suicide prevention. Growing a Mo is an easy way to increase visbility, start a conversation and lighten the mood to help what is a very serious topic!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
