My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I continue to struggle with mental health, something that has been a part of my life for a long time and seen the devastation left behind after suicide. It’s not something often discussed by men, often leading to crisis situations. As a mental health first aider and volunteer for a veteran charity I have seen the importance of discussion, support and understanding, and how it can have a dramatic positive effect on people. Being a veteran it is hard sometimes to be able to relate experiences and their effect to other people. It can often feel very isolating and lonely, even in a crowded room. Helping through this event will save lives, of that I have no doubt.
