My motivation

After a hard year of mental health issues and a huge absence from work. I finally returned to open arms and welcomed support from my colleagues. Supported throughout from my family and Sheffield talking therapy. I had suffered anxiety which led to depression. When I returned I openly talk to colleagues and found out I definitely wasn’t the only one who has been through this. I wish to give back to help support these charities by asking for all your support by donating and helping people who find themselves in a bad place and needing a helping hand just when they need it.
