My motivation

Men’s health is important to me as I know at times when I’m feeling anxious, worried or stressed, talking about it with friends, family or whoever, can make a huge difference. I want to push this message. Also, I have had loved ones suffer with prostrate cancer so I care deeply about getting the right help for the people who need it. Men’s mental and physical health can effect anyone at any time, anywhere, so it it important to spread the right messages and get help those who need it.
