My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help.

I initially set the goal of running 100km this month but I picked up an injury from the half marathon which has prevented me from running since. I’d like to complete the challenge when fully fit as I’m disappointed to have not completed it.

Overall I’m glad I completed the race as the cause is so important to me. Please donate to support men's health.
