My motivation

I’m raising awareness and money for men’s mental health and suicide prevention. It’s very important and a personal issue that I’m extremely passionate about doing everything in my power to help. Being a Rugby lad, I’ve come from a background of stigma like “get on with it” and “man up”. This isn’t a solution and needs to change.

Like last year I’ll be moving for Mo. However this year I’m going to run 100 miles (160km) across Movember! This is just under 1 marathon a week, 40k a week and 5.7k a day!

At the end of the month after this, myself and my fellow mmu Movember ambassadors will be climbing Snowdon in speedos!

I’ve also organised numerous fundraising events so stay posted on our Instagram and tiktok accounts!

movember_mmu

Any money donated with be deeply appreciated. I may not have the biggest and best fundraiser, but if I can help just one person then I’ll be proud.
