My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

To raise funds and awareness for the amazing work Movember is doing, I am flying to Nepal this Christmas to summit 2 mountains over 6000m, to represent the tragic figure that 2/3 suicides globally are male. Even worse, 3/4 suicides in the UK are male. Movember also seek to invest and aid groundbreaking research into Testicular and prostate cancer. 1 in 8 UK men will be diagnosed with Prostate cancer in their lifetime and Testicular cancer is the most common cancer among men aged 15-39.

Through your donations, we can support the amazing work Movember are doing, whilst opening up important conversations with those closest to us. Please help in any way you can, no donation is too small, and keep in touch, throughout this epic journey!

getting involved

This December, I am summiting 2 mountains in the Everest region in winter conditions in Nepal. This will require me to trek to Everest Base Camp, before tackling both Island Peak and Lobuche East.
