My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
Personally I have struggled with mental health issues for a long time and I know the value talking to someone and going to therapy. But it took me a very long time to be more comfortable that I went to "therapy", had needed help with my mental health and that it wasn't a stigma. In fact it is quite normal and many people feel like I do.
I want to continue to promote mental health, the power of talking and that there should be no shame associated with seeking help.
