Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. FOUR TIMES as many men than women die by suicide every year. Suicide is the LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH for young men. Too many of us are ‘toughing it out’, too many are struggling in silence, and too many die for it.

It's not just mental health either. Too many of us won't seek help for physical illnesses until it's too late. I'm growing my stash however silly it may look to get us talking. Talking about our health and talking about our wellbeing.

Help me stop men dying too young. Whether you donate, participate, or just reach out to a mate, everything you do can and WILL help.
