Target: £50
raised £415 since 2022
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember I want to make an effort and raise awareness for mens mental health.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Donations are always welcome, but don’t feel obliged, the priority is raising awareness for mens’ mental health, through a bit of exercise and ‘trying’ to grow a mo.

Help stop men dying too young.

60km down in 12 days. Getting into the habit of a daily run now and starting to enjoy it more everyday. It’s important to remember the 60 men we lose every hour to suicide across the world.
Hopefully raising awareness step by step.
