My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

For Movember, I will be giving up alcohol, running/walking/cycling 200km and if I reach my fundraising goal, I will get a moustache tattoo.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. One man dies from suicide every minute, meaning throughout the month of November, 43,200 men will take their own life. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young. This is a deeply personal cause to me as I have had frequent battles with depression, self harm and suicidal ideation and as a result have sought help from counsellors and antidepressants. Movember are doing incredible work to encourage men to speak up about their mental health- because trust me, it helps. X
