My motivation

Men in the UK particularly suck at looking after ourselves. The typical response is "it'll get better" or "stiff upper lip". Sometimes it doesn't get better, and sometimes you have to get help - mental or physical - to improve the situation. In memory of my dad; who didn't like going to the doctor, so went to the mortician instead.
