Movember is the external symbol of the inner struggles men face every day. It is the ultimate force of positive masculinity, of re-enforcing what it is to be a modern man and sharing one's own struggles with the world. It is such an incredibly important force and I am honoured to be a part of it. As someone who has watched myself and my friends struggle with what it is to be a modern man, something like Movember helping to signpost the way for young men is invaluable
