My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

On November 30th, I’ll be running from London to Birmingham — the equivalent of FOUR marathons — to raise funds and awareness for Movember, supporting men’s mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Men’s mental health is often overlooked, with many struggling in silence. And when it comes to prostate cancer, black men are 2-3 times more likely to develop this disease, which makes awareness, education, and early screening even more crucial.

Every mile of this journey counts. If you’re able, please support my run and help bring attention to these vital issues. Together we can make a difference.

This year I will be completing the Hyrox fitness race in London. Hyrox combines running and functional workout stations where I will run 1km followed by 1 workout station repeated 8 times.
