My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health

This Movember, I will be attempting to complete a mammoth 100,000kg workout challenge over 12hrs.

The challenge will involve completing 1440 reps across three exercises:
- Squat - 85kg x 680 reps
- Bench Press - 60kg x 510 reps
- Pull-ups - Bodyweight (90kg) x 250 reps

1440 total repetitions to represent the 1440 men lost to suicide across the world, each day.

In the UK and Canada, suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50. Across the world, a man dies every minute, of every hour, of every day.

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.
