My motivation

We are raising funds and awareness to help get rid of the stigma that Men cannot Talk about their feelings.
Our amazing Elliot Lost his life in September 2021 because like a lot of Men he felt he could not express how he felt because of the Stigma of modern life.

1. Spend time with people that make you feel good and that LISTEN

2. Ask for help

3. Try and Express how your feeling

4. Reach Out to people and ask if they are Ok

5. Be there for someone
