My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In 2019 I was emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausted. I was sleeping three or four hours a night, and spending the rest of my day worrying about work. The pressure I put on myself to succeed resulted in chest pain, feeling physically sick from stress and eventually led me to Emergency one day because I thought I was having a heart attack.

I suffered in silence for way too long and now I'm committed to de-stigmatising conversations about Mental Health, sharing my story and helping realise they're not alone. Together we can make a difference.
