My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

We lose 60 men to suicide every hour globally. That is equal to one man every minute.

Losing my dad to suicide in 2017 after multiple attempts has no doubt affected me, however, through supporting the work of Movember, I can help make it so that another daughter like me may not lose her father.

Men and boys face many barriers to health, psychological literacy, societal discrimination, and educational setbacks. Movember is breaking down these barriers and is changing the face of men's health.

Over the last few years I have hiked the Yorkshire 3 peaks, climbed Pen y Fan 5 times without stopping, and trekked the Everest Base Camp trail. In memory of my dad, friends, and those who have died too soon.
