My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. My friend, and coursemate at Loughborough University, killed himself just five weeks into the national lockdown. Ben was a one of a kind personality and a brilliant baker, he is missed greatly by many. Across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 75% of all suicides. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

WOW, we have now sold an amazing 72 cookie kits! Team JSD tested the kits out with a virtual bake off and we had a great time with delicious results...
