My motivation

Both men’s health and men’s mental health becoming increasingly more talked about is brilliant. With this is in mind this November I’m going to be taking part in Movember and growing my ‘mo alongside a few pals to help raise awareness and money for the this fantastic cause.

With men’s suicide on the rise and the ever present concern of prostate cancer and testicular cancer amongst men of all ages. It is vitally important for us men to reach out to each other and talk. Whether it be because you are feeling low or troubled or worried about your health, message or call a friend because you never know they may be feeling the same way. The key thing, especially in these challenging times is to check up on your friends and family once in while because it could make a massive difference.

Any donations are massively appreciated and with the help of all taking part around the world, wonderful projects revolving around men’s health, prostate cancer, testicular cancer and suicide prevention can continue to do their work.

I look forward to sharing the progress of my tash!

Cheers,
Josh

Here it is. The end product! The finished article!

It’s been a thoroughly enjoyable month and I’m so proud of all of the team for smashing out the moves and reaching our target!

Also of course, a massive thanks to every body who has donated. It is brilliant to see the money go to such a worthy and fantastic cause.

Cheers,

There was no mo growth to report on day 2 but on day 3 the tash is slowly starting to emerge!

Along with the rest of my team, I’ve started a tad late. But here it is, my photo from day 1. I haven’t had this little facial hair in many years and its bizarre to me but here we go!
