My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this year I'm joining them to focus on men's mental health.

Aside from growing a beautiful stache (I hope), I will also be joining the Uni of Surrey's Athletics and Cross Country Club in running 60+ km this month to highlight the 60 men that die every hour from suicide.
