My motivation

The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030. In support of this goal, I will be shaving my beard, growing a mo, and doing the Movember challenge to run 60 kilometres over the month for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world. As it’s my final year, if I reach my target, I will be buzz cutting my hair. Please donate to support men's health.
