My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

How I'm
getting involved
300 of 300 kilometres
running
300 kilometres
Due to travelling this year I was unable to take part in moving for Movember so this January I have decided to run a KM for each date, until the 24th. Head over to my Strava for regular updates.
