My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help.
We all know that lads and blokes can be macho and want to be the alpha in whatever group setting they’re in, and to talk of mental illness appears weak. But that’s wrong. Talking to mates, family members, neighbours, it’s the greatest therapy of all. Don’t sit in silence like so many have, it’s alright to not be alright, we are stronger together, as a family. So this month me and my mates will be running a grand total of 1000km as a group. We ain’t runners, we ain’t athletes. We are simply a group of blokes who wanna raise awareness. Remember by letting you’re own positivity shine and by talking about your troubles you are unconsciously letting others do the same.
