My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Many people may now know the health difficulties I have had in the last year and a half with a diagnosis of a chronic condition. I’m undertaking this challenge to show all people out there that there’s always hope, and not to give up.
This challenge is for the continuous support provided me with through such a difficult time. The late night check ups. The hand on the shoulder. The random hug I needed. The reassurance and motivation to get better.

This is for My Mum. My Dad. My sister. My Girlfriend. My Grandparents. My Aunty. My Uncle.
My Friends.
My only way I’ve managed to get through this.
