My motivation

Me and the boys are raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.

This year has been tough on most and is only going to get tougher over the next 4 weeks as the restrictions being imposed on Thursday may be detrimental to people’s mental health, so be sure to check up on your pals and loved ones during the difficult times (we’re all guilty of putting off that catch up text)

So instead of just raising awareness from the comfort of our homes we have decided that between us that we will run 1000KM in November, all while sporting fantastic ‘taches.

Together we can bring awareness to Prostate and Testicular cancer and break the mental health stigmas that are causing needless deaths of Men, especially those under 45.

Any donations are greatly appreciated! Just follow the link below

Could well be my final run for Movember! What a month this has been and I still don’t know how my glass ankles have held up through the whole 30 days
