My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember I will be attempting to run 60km per week for mens mental health and cancer research.

I will be running 60km a week for the 60 men that take their own life every single hour. I will also be partaking in dry November to promote positivity around sobriety whilst at university.

I will be raising money for cancer research alongside mens mental health. Earlier this year, a close family friend sadly passed away after a five year battle with Cancer. Luke's ambition was to make a difference in the world and his ultimate wish was to help combat cancer (Luke pictured centre with his son Sam and I).

In memory of Luke Hart who sadly passed away earlier this year after a 5 year battle with cholangiocarcinoma (cancer of the bile duct).

There is a stigma around mens mental health and unfortunately, the mindset that men should just be okay still exists. This Movember my aim is to spread as much awareness about mens mental health and promote the message "it is okay to not be okay". No matter your circumstance you are never alone and will never be alone.

All donations are very much appreciated!

ONE MORE DAY TO MO

As Movember draws to a close, we hope that those of you who are growing are beginning to feel at one with the Mo.

Will be a sad day for those that will be losing their furry face furniture soon but remember, you still have until 11th December until the leader boards close... so maybe you can extend the Mo growth just a bit longer.

Comedian Nick Helm has perfectly shown the Movember journey - go give it some love!
