raised £395 since 2020
My motivation

The three of us will not only be repping our questionable attempts at a moustache for the month of November but also completing the ‘Move for Movember’ challenge in support of the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour every hour across the world. We have decided to set a minimum target of running 100km each within the 30 days of November. Any donations big or small are massively appreciated as all money raised goes towards funding hugely important projects which support prostate and testicular cancer along with mental health and suicide prevention. All of which are extremely important causes to us. Keep an eye on this page for daily updates on our progress.

Howay the lads. MOT

Day 9 - Pushed ourselves for a quicker time this morning, got stuck at a few crossings so the watch auto-paused but we’ll take a sub 30. Sam’s run will be up later.

Day 1 of Movember and it’s a huge first effort from the boys this morning starting out with a 5k around Headingley. Two of us aren’t experienced runners and we set out to do 5k under 30 mins by the end of November and we have managed to do that on day 1 which we are extremely pleased about. Check back in tomorrow to see how day 2 goes. Howay the boys. (Sam Leesons long awaited picture is now live on our page
