Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember, we are joining them. Working within an industry that is still very much male-dominant, I feel strongly about raising awareness for Men’s Health - in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. This Movember, Alun Griffiths Contractors Ltd have set up a team where some will grow and some will move! I will be running 60km throughout the month of November for the 60 men who take their own lives every hour of every day across the world. Together we can make a difference for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. Help us stop men dying too young.
