Mental health and suicide prevention

Hi everyone, following on from last year, I will be participating in Movember again, I want to thank you all for taking time to read this post, and for the help that any and all donations, shares and kind thoughts will bring. Let's get rid of the stigma and shame around discussing men's mental health. We all need some help, and so please guys, speak up, don't man up and if you need any help, please find some links to some helpful organisations such as Samaritans below. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. If any of you are struggling at all, please feel free to reach out, and for those who haven't seen my baby face for a while, enjoy!
