Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Every 60 seconds, a man takes his own life. That has to change.

This Movember - From 2nd October to 30th November, I’m taking that number on.

60 minutes running every day in a 10kg vest — because the weight men carry isn’t visible.
60 minutes of space every day — to breathe, stretch, journal, walk, or check in with a mate. We are living in a pressurised world and space is key.
60 days straight — because the conversation needs to be consistent.

This is the 60/60/60 Challenge.

I’d love for as many of you as possible to get involved — follow the journey, share the message, and donate to @movember if you can.

But most importantly — please reach out to your friends and loved ones. One message, one chat, one check-in could save a life.

Let’s change the stats. Together.

Thanks Team.

Twas the night before Movember, when all through the land,
Not a whisker was stirring, not one single strand.
The razors were readied by the sink with care,
In hopes that a smooth-to-be face would soon be there.
The Mo Bros and Sisters were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Mo glory ran through their heads.

Yes folks, the hairiest month of the year begins TOMORROW!!

Hopefully all the plans for your team’s campaigns are in place, and if not – there is still time to recruit, make plans and build hype. Last year the sports challenge made a serious impact, and we’re gonna do it all again this year.
