My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year has been the toughest year of my life. At 28 I never thought I’d be experiencing the horrors of mental health that I have. After loosing a good friend to suicide at the beginning of the year, plus the daily pressures of life just getting too much for me has made my life unbearable especially over the last few months.

I want to raise money for this cause so guys like me don’t have to go it alone, and raise awareness so they feel courage to speak up!

I have been denied so much help from medical services and I’ve really struggled to obtain support from professionals. Hopefully by raising this money we can fund/train more staff to be able to help every guy who needs it.
