My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer

So I try and raise some money every year and I try and raise awareness. What does this mean? As blokes we don’t really look after ourselves. As blokes we certainly don’t ask for directions or instructions let alone help when we need it. Too many men are dying because we say we’re fine when we’re not. Too many are embarrassed because men’s cancer happens in embarrassing parts of us. If we were women we’d have started a help group, run a race and half the world would be pink. But we’re not, we’re blokes and we think we’re supposed to just get on with it. So stop being blokey, help a mate. Help yourself and give me money so I can help stop men dying too young.
