My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

There is much more awareness now around mental health but the more we can do to break the stigma the better! We need to do everything we can to help people everywhere, there are avenues that can help and Movember is one of them. Whether it be friends, family and/or professional help, these people will always be there to support you. We just need to give people the strength to open up, not suffer in silence. Let's try to break this old "stiff upper lip" mentality!

Mental Health Charities are very close to my heart and I cannot support the work that they do enough. This year I will be doing something slightly different, and for every donation I recieve I will match that to another charity very close to my heart - The Joshua Tarrant Trust, that helps support children diagnosed with brain tumours.

Check back here for photographic updates on the tash growing! It's an additional £1 donation for every chuckle at my pathetic attempts to grow facial hair!
